Lay-by merchandise cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged. Pre-ordered merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receiving the order.
Postage costs for returns are at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
Once processed, your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account.
