We only accept return/exchange on full priced items within 14 days receipt of the delivery, all returns will be refunded in the form of a credit note. Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. We do not accept or provide returns, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or items marked as final or warehouse sale
Clicking "Confirm Order" confirms that the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the transaction.
ASILIO customers have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return their items. If items are received after this 14 day period the return/exchange will be rejected and returned back to the customer.
Please ensure you have booked in your return with our customer service team via email email@example.com and completed our returns form prior to returning any item.
ASILIO does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense. International orders are advised to provide return tracking information in order to have their return booking approved.
ASILIO will not be held liable if the return parcel is not received. Any return customs charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If customs fees are left unpaid your return parcel will sent back to you.
Cancellation of pre-order items that have already gone into production will be credited with a credit note.
All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt back of the goods.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Asilio is not held financially responsible for any international packages lost in transit.
