The lay-by period is for a maximum of four weeks.
An initial, non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total purchase value is required to place a lay-by.
Promo codes are unable to be used for Lay-By purchases.
Sale merchandise cannot be placed on lay-by.
Lay-by merchandise cannot be sent to the customer until the full amount has been paid.
If a product goes on sale, after the lay-by has been placed, the original price stands.
Lay-by merchandise may be exchanged for size, but cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
If a lay-by is approved for refund by Asilio.com.au, the amount minus the 30% deposit will be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
Any exchanges must be done within 14 days of merchandise being paid for and sent to you.

Customers will be notified with reminders before the lay-by period has expired. Any lay-bys not paid in full in the four week period will be cancelled, and all payments will be refunded to the customer, with the exception of the 30% deposit.
The customer or Asilio.com.au has the right to cancel a lay-by at any time in the four week period.
If the customer chooses to cancel a lay-by within the four weeks, all payments will be refunded with the exception of the 30% non-refundable deposit.
